Sales-Focused Recruiter (Face-to-Face Fundraising)

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Location

Hybrid role with attendance at HQ in New Milton, Hampshire (frequency to be agreed), alongside remote working and attendance at meetings as required.

Salary

  • £40,000 – £50,000 basic

  • Commission and performance bonus (OTE £60,000 – £85,000+)

  • 28 days annual leave + bank holidays

  • Funded travel, accommodation and expenses where required

  • Pension (subject to qualification)

Role Overview

Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, this role is responsible for building and delivering a consistent pipeline of high-quality face-to-face fundraising candidates across multiple regions.

This is a sales-led recruitment role, focused on outbound activity, candidate generation, and conversion. You will take ownership of recruitment targets and performance, playing a key role in supporting the growth of LFS’s national fundraising teams.

This is an opportunity to build and shape the recruitment function from the ground up, with scope to develop into a leadership role as the function scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage candidates through outbound activity (calls, referrals, job platforms / social, and direct outreach)

  • Build and manage a consistent pipeline of candidates across target regions

  • Conduct initial screening calls and qualify candidates for progression

  • Work closely with the sales management team to move candidates through the recruitment process efficiently

  • Manage recruitment activity as a performance funnel, tracking conversion rates and improving outcomes

  • Deliver against agreed weekly and monthly recruitment targets

  • Support onboarding processes to ensure candidates are set up for success

  • Continuously identify ways to improve recruitment volume, quality, and efficiency

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven environment

  • Strong outbound communication skills and confidence speaking to high volumes of candidates

  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable working towards clear performance targets

  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and pipelines simultaneously

  • Commercial mindset with a focus on results and outcomes

  • Experience or understanding of face-to-face fundraising, field sales, or similar environments is advantageous
